Hi, I’m Trish Crawford, and after many years of working in the Training & Education industry, I still LOVE what I do! For me, there is nothing better than knowing I’ve created a course, taught a class, or developed tools that help people learn.  Like many people in this field, my background as an instructional designer has transformed greatly over the years. Technology and industry changes forced me to learn how to create and deliver courses in different ways. At the same time, I needed my job and surrendered to the fact that things were shifting and I had to adapt. I didn’t know the first thing about developing online courses and I also didn’t have the needed technical skills. It was terrifying ... it was frustrating ... and exciting all at the same time. The change also forced me to dive into unchartered territories and increase my skillset. Now my business focuses on designing, developing, and implementing online learning solutions for our clients and I couldn’t be more thankful for experiencing that “uncomfortable force to change” years ago. Fast forward to today: TLC Media Design is a Top Contributor on the Adobe Captivate forum and Certified Adobe Captivate Experts. We’ve also presented for the eLearning Guild and helped many organizations design, develop, and integrate learning solutions for their target audiences. We are also helping others convert their courses to a virtual platform quickly and efficiently during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are dedicated to helping others create products that “hit the mark” every time!
