She is a Registered Health Information Technician, AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist, Certified Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, Rural Health- Coding and Billing Specialist, and a Licensed Health Insurance and Managed Care Professional. She is an active member of AHIMA, ACDIS, ARHPC, and NAMAS. Anneleah has since released publications and professional blogs to assist organizations in quality initiatives aligning with the industry's best practices. Anneleah has served as a subject-matter expert and resource for a variety of organizations and health systems, including Level 1 trauma centers, teaching/academic centers, community hospitals, critical access hospitals, long term care, VA, rural health clinics, and physician practices. With knowledge of Health Insurance and Medicare claim processes, Anneleah offers invaluable insight on coding compliance and clinical documentation improvement opportunities. Anneleah has dedicated time in the healthcare industry to mentor HIM and clinical staff for the purpose of professional development and excellence.
