I am the owner/CEO of Array of Engineers. I have worked in the aerospace, space and defense industry since 2000 on various projects ranging from the manned space program to modern commercial aircraft from Boeing and Airbus. I graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1999 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. After graduating I worked for United Space Alliance in Houston, Texas on the Space Shuttle and Space Station program at NASA. I moved back to Michigan in 2005 and started working as a consultant shortly after that. Working as a consultant I worked on numerous projects including DO-178 software development and verification activities along with project management. I have been trained in the ISO 9001 process, along with being fully ITAR compliant on all applicable projects. I started Array of Engineers, an engineering consulting/services company, in January of 2018. Array of Engineers creates innovative custom hardware and software embedded solutions. The team at AoE has decades of hardware/software experience in the aerospace, space, defense, and medical device fields. I am a strong supporter of promoting STEM specifically for younger girls. I have been a part of a girls STEM conference for the past five years in northern Michigan, I coach Science Olympiad in West Michigan, and I also help coach, mentor, and sponsor a middle school FTC robotics team in West Michigan. I also sit on the Girls Solve It board.
